Stack 2020

The Stack 2020 system operates in line with web-fed digital printers at speeds up to 450 ft/min. The system delivers 1-up, 2-up or 3-up offset stacks ready for binding utilizing the Buffer 530, Cutter c20 and Stacker s20 units. The optional Merger m20 allows 2-up print to be delivered in a single collated stack ready for inserting.

Stack 5251 – Stack 5151

Empower your new high-speed color inkjet printing system with an efficient cutting/stacking solution. Featuring the double-cutting Cutter c52 or single-cutting Cutter c51, Tecnau’s Stack 5251 and Stack 5151 reliably operate as fast as 590 fpm/180 mpm as enabled by the emerging generation of high-speed inkjet printers.

Stack h10

Build stacks of B2 sheets – or even larger – up to 700 mm (27.5”) high from your web-fed high-speed inkjet press. Piles are easily transported via your chosen method, trolleys or pallets moved with a pallet jack. Stack h10 is an ideal solution for commercial printers, producing applications like marketing brochures, newspapers, posters, book signatures and other large sheets.

The Stack 2320 system for color printers operates in-line or near-line with web-fed digital printers at speeds up to 450 ft/min. The system delivers 1-up, 2-up or 3-up offset stacks with variable full bleed cuts utilizing the Buffer 530, Cutter c23 and Stacker s20 modules. The optional Merger m20 allows 2-up print to be delivered in a single collated stack ready for inserting.

Stack 2325

Stack 2025

Stack 566

The center-shaft driven Unwinder 550 feeds a roll of paper up to 20.5” wide and 52” in diameter into a web-fed digital printer. The Cutter 561 utilizes a rotary knife to cut printed output in up to 19.5” (standard) or up to 28” length (long sheet version). It also may slit the web for 2-up or 3-up forms. The Stacker 566 builds up to 10”-tall stacks of sheets. An electronic printer signal or a printed mark triggers set separation. Stacks created with the Stack 566 solution are neat, well-spaced apart and tightly trimmed for reliable off-line processing.

Stack 1200

Rely on the Stack 1200 for performance cutting and stacking from web-fed digital printers. Running at speeds up to 295 feet per minute (90 m/min), the Stack 1200 is an ideal solution for printers who are looking for flexibility and automation, with a solution which ensure compatibility with both monochrome and color printers for today and tomorrow.

Cutter Simpla TC 1000

The High-Speed Cutter, Simpla TC 1000 Series is available in three speed versions:

TC 1000, speed up to 100 m/min – up to 20.000 cuts per hour (12” height form)

TC 1000 F, speed up to 125 m/min – up to 25.000 cuts per hour (12” height form)

TC 1000 T, speed up to 180 m/min – Up to 36.000 cuts per hour (12” height form)

Cutter Dupla TC 2700

The High Speed Cutter, Dupla TC 2700 Cutter runs at speeds up to 150 m/min – up to 30.000 cuts per hour (12″ height form). The TC 2700 Cutter is equipped with two independent Pinfed paper channels to process and interleave two continuous paper forms printed in 2-up slalom mode and slit/merge configuration. Each channel can support web width up to 10” for a maximum total input of 20”.

Cutter Simpla TC 7000

The TC 7000 cutters are equipped with a cross blade cartridge with single or double knife – for single cut or strip removal – and a side trimming cartridge with longitudinal circular knives supporting 1-up, 2-up or 3-up modes providing side strip and/or central cut and strip removal for a broad range of applications for monochrome and color printers. All cartridges feature high precision and high durability.

Cutter Tripla TC 7900

The Tripla TC 7900 has been developed to link Digital Printers, Inserters, Folders, Wrapping Machines or to work “stand-alone” with its three independent pinless paper channels to process and interleave three continuous paper forms printed in 2-up or 3-up slalom mode by Merger device. It can process large paper format, up to 760 mm continuous paper modules printed in 3-up mode.

Ticket Cutter TC 4000

Ticket Cutter TC 4000. Up to 8.500 cuts per hour (4” height form). Unique Cartridge Design: cross blade cartridges and trimming cartridges removable and interchangeable at operator level.

AutoLoad f4

Enhance productivity in both print room and mail-room with the AutoLoad™ system. This system produces high quality, fan-fold stacks from roll paper for bulk feeding of inserters or other finishing equipment. A selection of forms transfer carts provides easy-to-use and flexible stack transportation to match your environment.

FanFold VST

The Fanfold VST solution is comprised of the Unwinder 550, Folder 92 and Vertical Stack Turner 192. This solution fanfolds printed output, stacks and transports forms in a space-saving vertical format and is well suited for high-volume mailing applications.
